Welcome to my new blog. I’m going to be talking about the financial services industry. We’ll discuss broad themes like improving the customer experience, globalization and regulation. I’m creating this blog to start a conversation about how financial services companies can significantly improve their business, grow revenue, reduce costs and strengthen customer loyalty by changing the way they manage documents.
These documents could be paper or electronic but the financial industry’s business depends on them. Policies, statements, bills and mortgage application forms are all documents that have to be designed, created, moved and stored and this blog is all about how these activities can be made more efficient and effective.
I am the global marketing manager for Xerox in the financial services industry and I have supported our clients in the banking, insurance and investment industries and I’m looking forward to your feedback and suggestions.
